Terms and conditions are outlined as follows:
1) The information in this free training is for information purposes only. Bishop Simon is not acting as a biosafety officer, advisor, manager, or consultant any individual, organisation, or other entity. Once the video is accessed, click the terms and conditions link for further details.
2) We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our ICO registration number is C1370065. You agree that any complaints about the use of your information will first be addressed with us. If after following our complaints term you agree to approach the ICO before other parties may be engaged.
3) We agree to investigate complaints and provide you with a response within 20 working days. You will email your complaints to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with the resolution you agree to email us again. We will again investigate and provide a response within 20 working days. If you remain unsatisfied after the second attempt, you agree to raise the matter with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health regarding course material and the ICO for data protection complaints. This course must be followed before other parties can become be involved.
4) The learning system that we use collects the information that you provide, including name and email address.
5) We may use this information to contact you from time to time about information and services.
